How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order with a debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Paypal, Google Pay, Afterpay or ZipPay. We also accept bank deposit, please note that we cannot send your order until payment has cleared in our bank account and you must clearly state your name or invoice number as reference.
I accidently provided the wrong address, how do I change it?
Please call 02 9545 0532 as quickly as possible or outside of office hours please email email@example.com. We can change your order details but only before it has been processed, which happens within 24 hours of you placing your order. If your item has been processed, you may incur a redirection fee.
How long does a backorder take?
Please note that backorder times are an approx length of time and these will vary from product to product.
If your item is on backorder, this will be displayed on the product and you will also recieve an email giving you an approximate time frame.
Whilst we try our best to get these ETAs right, there may be delays that throw off these approximate time frames.
