When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days if your product is in stock and your payment has cleared.
If your order is on back order - the availibilty will be displayed on the listing and we will ship it out within 1 business day of it arriving to our showroom.
How long does delivery take?
Your order arrival time will vary depending on your location, or if there are any unexpected delays with COVID-19.
As a guide:
Standard local Sydney shipping: 2-3 days.
Express local Sydney shipping 1-2 days.
Standard Interstate shipping: 2-7 days.
Express Interstate shipping: 1-3 days.
Please note, allow an extra 2 days for some interstate and regional areas.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched via email. This email may take up to 24 hours to arrive into your inbox.
If you can't find this email, we suggest checking your junk/spam mail or simply login to your account via our website and ask our live chat.
My order never arrived, what do I do?
Please check for your order tracking number supplied with your order and track with the courier dedicated to your delivery for updates. If you are still unsure of the status of your order please contact our live chat and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and updated with tracking number supplied to you before emailing us. If your order doesn’t have a tracking number or was not received, please contact our live chat.
Please note that delivery estimates may be affected by delays caused from unforseen circumstances which may extend our delivery time estimates.
Which couriers do you use/Who will my package be delivered by?
We use an array of couriers including: Australia Post, Border Express, Toll Ipec, Go Sydney to name a few.
Please note that your chosen shipping method at checkout may not always be applicable to your order due to package dimension and weight. For all express orders our dispatch team will always opt for the quickest and most effective delivery option available.
Will I be charged duties?
If you are purchasing outside of Australia we recommend you research this locally before making your order with us as this will vary from country to country depending on the product/s and value of goods being shipped to you.
