Koyo is Japan's largest aftermarket radiator manufacturer, utilizing the latest aircraft-quality aluminum and Heli-arc welded. Heli-arc soldering is the highest quality standard for enforcement along aluminum connections.
Koyo's "R" Series aluminum radiators feature a 48mm thick, all-aluminum "Hyper" core brazed to polished aluminum end tanks for a show-quality finish. Koyo aluminum racing radiators are designed to be a direct factory replacement. Koyo racing radiators feature a much thicker core with a more efficient fin design that helps with flow and temperature drop over the surface.
Koyo uses state of a art Nocolok Brazing Furnace to bond all of the radiator brackets, headers, tubes, and fins, creating high quality "indestructible" radiator. All aluminum end tanks are handcrafted using the latest Heliarc Soldering technique for the most reliable connections, then polished to a mirror finish. Over 60 applications are available for Koyo "Racing" series.
All Koyo Racing series radiators have an "OE Specification" mounting location for stock mounting without major modifications; however, Koyo recommends using aftermarket electric fans for the best results.
