HPI's original filter design covers both the inside and outside with a metal net (cotton type) to ensure the strength of the filter. This prevents the suction efficiency from decreasing due to the collapse of the filter when the air volume is high. In addition, the surface area of the filter has been secured to the extent that the strength of the filter can be maintained (about 3 times the outer size or more). At first glance, it is often ignored, but the strength of the filter has a great deal to do with performance.
Filtration Performance
Cotton: A cotton type that is designed for general driving, and is a high air volume type that balances reduction of suction resistance and dust collection ability at a high level.
Reusable maintainability
Cotton: Clean with air from the inside of the cleaner every 3000km, depending on driving conditions. When it gets dirty, gently wash it with a neutral detergent and never rub it with a brush. Use the neutral detergent only once, and replace it with a new one next time.
