PRICES

All prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) when applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.

International import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to your order depending on location and is the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.

All Non-Genuine Aftermarket Products are manufactured for Race Use Only & have not been ADR Approved unless stated otherwise.

CONDITIONS OF DISPATCH

We are not common carriers and all goods become the customer's responsibility (including freight charges) upon removal or despatch from our warehouse. Dispatch of goods to you will be via freight companies we regularly use or by your nominated freight company where instructed which can incur package & handling fees where required prior to collection of these goods.

CREDITS / REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT
Products are not guaranteed against failure or damage arising from incorrect or faulty use, incorrect application or damage caused by any means over which we did not have control.

WARRANTY

1. Warranty is NOT transferable.
2. Parts used in competition is void of any such warranties.
3. The customer must pay all freight costs for all warranty claims.
4. All items distributed by Ausjap Auto Consultants P/L at the time of leaving our premises, are guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period as stated by the manufacture from the date of sale.
5. New products are covered by a manufacturer warranty period unless stated elsewhere.
6. All faulty products must be returned to the seller to be returned to the manufacture for inspection before any claim can be made.
7.Ausjap Auto Consultants P/L disclaims any liability for labour cost or other damage attributed to the failure of parts supplied by us.
8. Ausjap Auto Consultants P/L will replace free of charge any parts that in our opinion after examination by us are defective through faulty material or manufacture, or refund monies.
9. All goods remain the property of Ausjap Auto Consultants P/L until paid for in full.

GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT OR REFUND WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING BASIS:

1. All requests for credits or refunds must be received by management for approval prior to being returned.
2. All approved returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
3. All goods must be returned to Ausjap Auto Consultants P/L.
4. No credit or refund will be accepted without the correct sales invoice or invoice number, invoice date with reason for return.
5. Goods must be complete, not dismantled, returned in original undamaged packaging in resaleable condition.
6. Goods must be properly packaged when being returned and arrive to us in the same condition as supplied.
7. Accepted return freight costs are at the cost of the purchaser. Freight prepaid or inspection prior to any form of warranty being acted upon.
6. Goods being returned are subject to a 15% Handling / Re-stocking fee excluding all outgoing delivery costs related to sale.
7. At no time, can a refund amount exceed the original product/s purchase price.

NO CREDIT OR REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR:

1. Any Electrical products purchased.
2. Change of mind purchases.
3. Products especially procured on your behalf.
4. Products especially express air freighted on your behalf.
5. Products not purchased from us.
6. Clearance sale or specially discounted products.
7. Dismantled or damaged products.
