JustJap is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team located in Kirrawee, NSW.
You will be representing our extensive and impressive range of Japanese performance/spare parts, racing-inspired gaming chairs, and imported vehicles.
You will be part of a successful team with the task of providing technical knowledge on our range of products and services, along with providing second-to-none customer service!

Customer Service Sales Representative:
Responsibilities:
- Receiving in goods and confirming all are correct and undamaged.
- Delivery and drop-off of goods when required
- Printing and processing of orders in a timely manner.
- Processing and contacting customers regarding orders when necessary.
- Answering and assisting customers with warranty issues.
- Receiving and processing returns.
- Responding to customers via multiple channels of communication in a timely manner.
- Consistently providing support and sales through the phone lines.

Requirements:
