As we all know, the earlier version of the 350Z transmissions have soft synchro rings and cause grinding in gears. These transmissions are brand new, not rebuilt, and are completely genuine transmissions directly from Nissan. They are a direct bolt-on for any 350Z or G35 with the VQ35DE, no additional modifications are required.
