Linney Engineering Billet Front Crown Wheel & Pinion set is up to 50% stronger by design and material specifications. These gears are designed to give maximum performance while retaining OE Nissan GT-R front stock casings with no other modifications. Material specification EN36C & compatible with stock bearings.

Stock OEM Nissan GTR Ring & Pinion failure can be quite common on higher-powered vehicles, especially for Drag, Circuit, Roll racing, and other high-speed use. When this failure occurs as shown in the image below this causes catastrophic damage usually destroying the front differential & housing and also commonly damaging the engine block!

Professional installation is essential clearance / lash / shimming is required. Incorrect setup, running low on oil, locked, and or a damaged ETS unit will cause terminal damage to your FWD.
For additional strength, it is recommended to be installed with billet differential housing to prevent bolts from backing out (OEM Nissan side bearing retainer can crack).
