The High Power Improvement Engine Damper stops excessive amounts of engine movement with the transmission at high speed/revs when changing gears. This reduces wear and tear on the engine and gearbox and more importantly, reduces power losses through the drive train. Also allows for easier shifting of gears at high speed. All kits come with full mounting brackets. High Power Improvement MAXENG Engine Dampers have been used by D1 drifters in Japan for many years, including HPI's own S15 competing in the D1 series.
