When you provide information to Just Jap Auto Imports, the information is stored in our databases; such information is used by Just Jap Auto Imports in accordance with this Privacy Agreement. The information collected is used to assist you with your orders and, to promote products. We also may use such personal information to send you information and promotional materials. We do not store your credit card information on our database, instead our credit card processing will be with PayPal, an eBay Company.

Is the information shared?

Just Jap Auto Imports will not be selling any personal information to any third parties. However at times we may require the services of a third party to act on our behalf for advertising and/or marketing in which we will provide information to these third parties specifically for use in conjunction with these projects for the sole benefits of Just Jap Auto Imports only. The information we may provide to such third parties will be protected by a confidentiality agreement that will obligate the third party to use such information solely to complete the specific project. In addition to the circumstances described above, Just Jap Auto Imports fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal/fraudulent activities. Tell a Friend

While visiting Just Jap Auto Imports, if you elect to use our referral service to inform a friend about our site, we ask for your friend(s) name and email address. Just Jap Auto Imports collects the email address of your friend for the sole purpose of automatically sending the friend an email inviting them to visit the site and does not store this information. Electronic Messaging includes all forms of electronic communications to other individuals including email, instant messaging, Web to SMS, Internet chat, online forums or via the service stated here for Tell a Friend. The Tell a Friend Service must not be used to send bulk and/or unsolicited messages. This includes, but is not limited to, informational announcements, petitions for signatures, chain letters and political or religious messages. Such messages must only be sent to those individuals who have explicitly requested it. The Tell a Friend Service must not be used to send messages to any individual who has indicated that he/she does not wish to receive messages from you. Obscuring, altering or deleting the source of messages that you send or forging message headers is prohibited. Sending numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages, or sending very large messages or files, to a recipient with the intent to disrupt a server or account via Tell a Friend Service is prohibited (i.e.. "Mail bombing"). Just Jap Auto Imports is not responsible for the use of this Tell a Friend email Service sent to any account. Such email may be returned to sender, ignored, deleted, or stored temporarily at the sole discretion of Just Jap Auto Imports, Hosting Provider or Internet Service Provider.

Just Jap Auto Imports reserves the right to makes changes to any terms or conditions of this Privacy Agreement without prior notice, the changes will be posted in this document. We may change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise.
